Section 1

Information We Collect

betjdv collects personal information from players in Bangladesh through several channels: during account registration, during the KYC verification process, through your ongoing use of the betjdv platform, and via communications between you and betjdv's support team. Registration and Account Information

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);

• Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your betjdv account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure. This includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, and gaming records.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with standard financial record-keeping requirements applicable to payment processing activities.
• Customer support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the most recent communication in a given support thread.

betjdv will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these privacy rights. Exercising your right to erasure or restriction will not affect the quality of betjdv's services to you during the period your account remains active, though certain services (such as withdrawals) may require us to retain your data for legal compliance purposes.
