Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a betjdv account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betjdv strictly prohibits underage gambling. If it is found that a Player is under the age of 18, betjdv will immediately close the account, void any bets or game outcomes, and refund any net deposits made by the underage individual, subject to verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing betjdv from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation on betjdv is lawful in your jurisdiction. betjdv makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts, you may not use betjdv.
• Not a betjdv Employee: Current employees, officers, directors, and contractors of betjdv, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to maintain a player account or participate in betting and gaming activities on the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion on betjdv or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new account or use the Platform until the self-exclusion period has formally ended.

betjdv reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable age and identity documents include a national identification card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betjdv may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

betjdv supports deposits and withdrawals via the payment methods most widely used by Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on betjdv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at betjdv is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable at the platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposit Speed: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your betjdv account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• Deposit Fees: betjdv does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside betjdv's control and are the responsibility of the Player.
• Own Funds Only: Players may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into a betjdv account, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount at betjdv is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within 1–3 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method: betjdv will endeavour to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, betjdv will work with the Player to identify a suitable alternative.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. betjdv reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 30 days may be reversed to the Player's account balance pending further resolution.
• Wagering Requirements: Real-money deposits that have been used to claim a bonus are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable terms are set out on each promotion page.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on betjdv is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to participating. The following general rules apply across all betjdv products.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to betjdv's current odds and market availability. betjdv reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds, betjdv reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds and refund the original stake to the Player's account balance.
• Bets that are clearly placed in error (e.g., on an obviously mispriced market) may be cancelled at betjdv's discretion. betjdv's decision on disputed bet outcomes is final.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and IPL, are subject to the official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).
• In-play bets are accepted at betjdv's discretion. betjdv reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.

Casino Games

• All non-live casino games at betjdv use independently certified random number generation (RNG). Game outcomes cannot be influenced by betjdv or by any Player.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the hosting studio and are displayed within the game interface prior to the Player joining the table.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, betjdv's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. betjdv's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Esports Betting

All esports betting markets at betjdv are settled on the basis of the official match result as declared by the relevant tournament organiser. In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the organiser, betjdv reserves the right to void all associated bets and refund stakes. betjdv does not accept bets on esports markets where match-fixing or irregular activity is suspected.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

betjdv reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited tools;
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 18;
• Discovery that the Player has previously self-excluded from betjdv or any affiliated platform;
• Instruction from a relevant authority or law enforcement body;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be marked as dormant and subject to an inactivity administration fee as set out in betjdv's current fee schedule).

Effects of Account Closure

Upon account closure or suspension by betjdv: (a) all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game and betting rules; (b) real-money balances remaining in the account after settlement of pending activity will be returned to the Player subject to verification and these Terms; (c) bonus balances, free spin credits, and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited; (d) betjdv reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation where closure is triggered by suspected fraud or breach of Terms.

Appeals

If your betjdv account has been suspended or closed and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting betjdv's support team via on-site live chat at betjdv.net. betjdv will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. betjdv's final decision on account closure matters is binding.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betjdv's internal support process should be raised in writing to betjdv at [email protected]. betjdv will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner.
